Usage terms. The "Powered by Vientapps" attribution line that sits directly below the widget must remain visible and clickable. Free for personal blogs, commercial publications, news outlets, and educational resources. The widget logs anonymous usage events (widget loads, bag-fit checks, embedding domain, country, device class) so we can improve coverage. No cookies, no IP addresses, no personal identifiers. GDPR-friendly. The fit check compares published maximum dimensions; gate sizers vary and gate agents have discretion, so always verify with the airline before flying. Found a data error? Frequently asked questions

How does the bag fit widget work?

Readers enter their bag's length, width, and height. The widget compares those dimensions against every airline's published carry-on limits and shows a scrollable list of airlines with a green "Fits" or red "Too big" badge. It sorts dimensions largest-to-smallest so bag orientation does not matter.

Can I pre-configure bag dimensions for a specific bag?

Yes. Add l, w, h, and unit parameters to the embed URL (for example, l=22&w=14&h=9&unit=in). The widget will load with those dimensions already filled in and the check will run automatically. This is ideal for bag-review posts where you want to show readers exactly which airlines accept the bag you are reviewing.

Will this widget slow down my site?

The widget loads inside a lazy-loaded iframe that totals under 50 KB. It makes no external requests during page load, and optional usage beacons on user interaction are non-blocking, so it will not affect your Core Web Vitals or Lighthouse score.

Does it work on WordPress?

Yes. Open the block editor, add a Custom HTML block, and paste the embed code. The widget renders immediately in the preview and on your published page.

Will the airline data stay current?

Yes. The widget pulls from a verified database of 75 airlines that is updated regularly. When we update the data, every embedded widget reflects the change automatically.

Can I customize the colors?

Yes. The widget supports light and dark themes, a custom accent color via hex code to match your brand, adjustable corner radius, and a compact mode for sidebar embeds. Use the customizer on this page to configure all options visually.

Do I need to create an account or pay anything?

No. The widget is completely free with no registration, API keys, or usage limits. We log anonymous usage events (widget loads, interactions, embedding domain, country, device class) so we can improve coverage. No cookies, no personal data. Paste the code and it works.

Can I remove the Powered by Vientapps link?

The attribution line that sits directly below the widget must remain visible. It is a small, unobtrusive credit that helps us fund ongoing data verification and maintenance.
