Three content-based tiers: Surf covers web, email, news, and messaging apps with no audio or video; Premium at $26 per day adds audio and basic video messaging; Stream at $38 per day adds Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming plus Wi-Fi calling. Each plan covers one device per guest.

Good to know

The fleet runs on Starlink. Holland America does not print a standalone daily price for the Surf tier, which is sold on board or bundled into the Have It All fare. Published Premium and Stream prices are based on a 7-day package, with discounts on longer sailings, and daily passes are not sold before the cruise.
