About Carnival Panorama

It has been homeported at the Port of Long Beach since day one, making it Carnival's dedicated West Coast ship for Mexican Riviera cruises. It swapped the IMAX theater found on its sister ships for a Sky Zone trampoline park.
Best for: West Coast families and first-time cruisers looking for week-long Mexican Riviera sailings from Long Beach with plenty of onboard activities for all ages.

What to know before you book
Cabin tips
Havana cabins on the aft of the ship are the move here. You get a private pool area and the Havana Bar, plus some of the best ocean views on the ship. Balcony rooms on higher decks offer great Mexican Riviera scenery during port days.
Dining
The ship offers a strong lineup including Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, JiJi Asian Kitchen, Cucina del Capitano, Bonsai Sushi, Bonsai Teppanyaki, Seafood Shack, and the usual complimentary spots like Guy's Burger Joint and BlueIguana Cantina.
Entertainment
The Sky Zone trampoline park is the unique draw here. Playlist Productions delivers theater shows, the Punchliner Comedy Club runs nightly, and Dive-In Movies play poolside. Family Feud Live and Camp Ocean with Night Owls babysitting make it family-friendly.

Travel data researcher and publisher
Caden Sorenson runs Travel Vient, an independent travel research site built on a verified database of airline baggage rules, airport connection times, cruise line policies, and eSIM plans. He built the verification pipeline behind it: each record is read from the company or government page that publishes it (connection times: OAG data via ExpertFlyer), stored with that source link and the sentence it came from, and re-checked on a schedule. Figures link to the source they were read from and show the date last checked; some cite a travel publication or aggregator rather than the company.
