Viking Ocean ships have no casino, so casino smoking does not apply. Smoking and vaping are banned in staterooms, on verandas, and everywhere except the single designated Deck 8 outdoor area. Viking does not publish a specific cabin-smoking cleaning fee.

Viking ships are generally nonsmoking, with one designated outdoor smoking area on the starboard side of Deck 8. All other areas, including staterooms and verandas, are nonsmoking. The same restrictions apply to e-cigarettes.
