Celebrity's US 'Preparing for Your Cruise' FAQ publishes no piece count and no per-bag weight limit. It states: 'There is no limit or restriction, however we recommend each guest carry a reasonable amount of personal property and limit the number of pieces they bring.' Celebrity's UK Booking Conditions separately set a 90 kg (about 198 lb) total allowance per guest for UK bookings, excluding Celebrity Xpedition class, so the figure is jurisdictional rather than a per-bag cap. Airlines impose their own allowance, usually lower, on top.

Celebrity collects your checked bags at the pier and delivers them to your stateroom over the first several hours aboard, sometimes not until dinnertime. Carry anything you need before then in the bag you keep with you.
