Most evenings follow a Smart Casual dress code in the main dining rooms and specialty restaurants, typically trousers and a collared shirt for men and dresses, blouses with skirts or trousers, or a polished casual outfit for women. On formal nights, men can wear tuxedos, dark suits, or dinner jackets with slacks, and women an evening gown, cocktail dress, or elegant pantsuit. Princess charges a daily Crew Appreciation that varies by stateroom: $18 per guest per day for standard staterooms; $19 for mini-suites, cabanas, and Reserve Collection; and $20 for suites. It is added automatically to your onboard account. A separate 20% service charge is added to optional drinks, dining, and other purchases not included in the fare.

Princess Cruises baggage allowance

Princess does not publish a per-bag weight limit or a strict piece count. Its Passage Contract says guests may bring a reasonable amount of luggage on board containing only personal effects, including suitcases, trunks, valises, satchels, and bags. Baggage liability is limited to US $250 per bag, up to two bags per guest on sailings of 14 days or fewer and three bags on sailings of 15 days or longer. A completed Princess luggage tag must be attached to each piece of baggage.
