Ultra-Luxury Cruise Line
Regent Alcohol Policy
What you can bring aboard, the corkage rules, drink packages, and the drinking age on a Regent cruise in 2026, verified against the official policy.
Quick answer
Regent lets you bring some of your own alcohol aboard at embarkation. Regent sells no drink package because drinks are already in the fare: unlimited beverages, including fine wines, craft cocktails, and specialty coffees, are included on every voyage. The onboard drinking age is 21, though it can vary by sailing region.
Bringing your own alcohol
Allowed, with limits
Regent's own blog says you can bring a special bottle of your own to dinner and the Head Sommelier will decant it. Its onboard FAQ adds that Regent reserves the right to prohibit and retain any liquor brought aboard.
Corkage fee
No corkage fee
Regent does not charge a corkage fee on a bottle you bring.
Drink packages
Not offered
Regent sells no drink package because drinks are already in the fare: unlimited beverages, including fine wines, craft cocktails, and specialty coffees, are included on every voyage.
Drinks are part of the Regent fare, so the beverages it covers (unlimited beverages, fine wines, craft cocktails, and specialty coffees) never reach a bar bill. You can also bring your own bottle to dinner with no corkage fee, and the Head Sommelier will decant it before you arrive.
Minimum drinking age
21
Alcohol is limited to guests 21 and older. Except on Hawaii, Alaska, and New England voyages that stay in US waters, guests 18 to 20 may have wine and beer with a parent who signs the Young Adult Alcoholic Beverage Waiver at Reception, and on select international voyages guests 18 and up may drink without the waiver.
Good to know
Unlimited beverages, including fine wines, craft cocktails, and specialty coffees, are included in every Regent fare, so there is no drink package to buy.

Travel data researcher and publisher
Caden Sorenson runs Travel Vient, an independent travel research site built on a verified database of airline baggage rules, airport connection times, cruise line policies, and eSIM plans. He built the verification pipeline behind it: each record is read from the company or government page that publishes it (connection times: OAG data via ExpertFlyer), stored with that source link and the sentence it came from, and re-checked on a schedule. Figures link to the source they were read from and show the date last checked; some cite a travel publication or aggregator rather than the company.
